Ingredients
  • 1 medium banana
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen dark or tart cherries
  • 1/2 cup frozen kale
  • 1 tablespoon organic cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon organic quick oats
  • 1/2 tablespoon (or more) ground turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon (or more) extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 scoop whey protein (strawberry flavor makes this smoothie taste great)
  • Unsweetened vanilla almond milk to preference
